The organization engaged in activities designed to educate Florida citizens on issues related to life, marriage, family, and religious liberty. Florida Family Action (FFA) is the legislative arm of the Florida Family Policy (FFPC). FFA is a cultural action organization that is a separate sister organization of the Florida Family Policy Council. It provides a platform for informing, inspiring and rallying those who care deeply about the family to greater involvement in the moral, cultural, and political issues that threaten our state. Florida Family Action gives our team freedom to take our views to the public square, where the great debate over culture, rights, freedom, and values is taking place, and allow us to ask people to take specific actions such as calling senators and congressmen to pass important, family-friendly legislation.Parents' Rights Bill & Save Women's' Sports Bill are two major victories. The Parents Rights Bill gives major protection to parents from schools which are trying to allow and even promote children to convert through the use of trans-gendering drugs and surgeries. The Women's Sport Bill would protect women by prohibiting biological males from competing against girls in school athletics. We rallied for medical freedom by supporting the Governor's special session opposing federal vaccine mandates. We mobilized approximately 800 people to the Capitol to support the Governor's special session to pass laws targeted to protect people from being fired from their jobs and/or punished in other ways for not being vaccinated for religious or medical reasons.We also organized four buses and mobilized 200 supporters to Tallahassee to oppose a major gambling expansion. We were able to remove the worst part of the bill, which was to create slot machines on smart phones.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 Florida Family Action shall have on class of nonvoting members who shall be actively solicited by Action.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Form 990 is prepared by an independent CPA firm and reviewed in detail by the organization's top management. The reviewed Form 990 is then provided to the board of directors prior to filing with the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The organization's conflict of interest policy is distributed to each member of the organization's governing body, its officers, and its key employees and inquiry as to conflict is made on an annual basis. Each such individual provides a disclosure statement indicating that they have received, read, understood and agreed to comply with the policy, and certifying that (1) they have no relationships or interests that present a conflict of interest, (2) they have one or more conflicts of interest that have been fully disclosed as required by the policy and have been properly administered in conformity with the policy, or (3) they have previously undisclosed conflicts of interest and disclosing the details of such conflicts. The President is responsible for reviewing the signed statements and ensuring that interested persons are in compliance with the conflict of interest policy. Any disclosure statement with previously undisclosed conflicts of interest are forwarded to appropriate organization officials to take appropriate actions as required by the policy. Should any potential conflicts of interest be disclosed, the board member or officer would be asked to refrain from participation in any deliberation or decision with regard to matters affected by the relationship.
