Part VI, Section B, Line 1	The membership is given opportunity to authorize expenditure of funds and to pass the yearly budget. The Executive Board has limited authorization beyond the day by day workings of the Union. The Executive Board brings issues to the Membership to decide and authorize or deny.
Part VI, Line 8a	We had no committees with authority to act on behalf of the governing body.
Part VI, Line 11a	The 990 was brought to the Executive Board and explained by the Treasurer.
Part VI, Line 11b	I did not know this was required until now. I was not informed this with the 990EZ.
