The 32nd Degree Masonic Center Corp is responsible for payments of rent, utilities and maintenance of the Dyslexia Center. The Valleys of Utica and Syracuse each provide 50% of those expenses in a form of cash donation to the corporation. The Valley of Utica also elects five members to the corporation Board of Trustees.
