Discussions included the continuing supply chain disruptions caused by COVID-19 pandemic and delayed lead times and delivery times to end customers The meeting subjects included operating policies and terms and conditions of its current and future distributor agreement between the distributors and the manufacturers. The organization also retained independent outside legal counsel to provided legal compliance advice, corporate governance management and administrative functions.
