Explanation:

At the end of 2020 our Treasurer resigned due to acute Covid 19. The new treasurer took over and kept up with paying bills, etc, however, he did not realize the 990 needed to be filed. When the current treasurer took over in January of 2022, there were discrepancies between the ending balances on the 2019 return (which were correct) and the beginning balances for 2020. This affected 2021 as well. Theses discrepancies were recently resolved, enabling the organization to file the returns for both years today.
