Form 990, Header, Line B	Paper return was returned the Shenadoah Moose Lodge VA 2176 due to the preparer doing the return on paper for it to be sent in, and in the letter with the 990 being sent back the IRS stated that in 2020 needed to be done online. The information was copied over from the preparers document with some changes, and in doing so, in error, 501(c) 10 was entered so it was rejected when submitted to the IRS. All changes have been made and it should be good from here. Please as mentioned later, we hope the late fees will be limited in any that HAVE to be charged. It is understood now and should not be an issue from here on out. Thank you for the time and consideration.

A paid tax preparer prepared 3 years of 990 for Shenandoah VA Moose 2176. They did not file the 990 electronically for the 2020 form and sent in a paper copy dated 10/05/2021. We received the 2020 return back through US mail with a letter dated 07/28/22 - although dated 07/28/22, that is not when we received it. We received the letter and 990 back in August. It's been a matter of getting access to file it electronically, and then entering in all the information. Please if possible do not charge us the $20 fee from the 10 days from the date of the letter. We are trying our best from this point of to file when we are supposed to and get everything in line and in order.
