Explanation:

The IRS has us listed with an end of year date of 6-30-2022, when we have always been year end 4-30-22. We have spent over a year trying to get the IRS to correct their mistake but can not get it accomplished, which is therefore forcing us to use the wrong end of year so we can be in compliance and stop getting penalties for something we have no control over.
