	Kid Link Riverside (KLR) -- Launched in Jan 2020 as a demonstration initiative to engage community members in realigning government, nonprofit, fatih-based, & social services to better support students & families in underserved neighborhoods in the Laura B. Anderson Elementary School attendance area. In FY2021, KLR outcomes included (1) using scholarships to expand access to after-school care & transportation that was previously unaffordable for this community; (2) building trusting relationships with families through weekly activities; (3) establishing a communication system among families; (4) improving access to charitable food, educational activities hosted by parents, teachers, neighbors & other community volunteers; a hot meal prepared & served by volunteers & a food giveaway that distributes more than 500 pounds of perishable & non-perishable food in the community.

At the start of each meeting, members are asked if any conflicts exist based on agenda items presented. In this case, the member may be asked to state his/her position and answer any pertinent questions.
