    Due to software limitations, the taxpayer timely filed a paper return. When the taxpayer attempted to e-file the return, it was rejected by the IRS. Assistance from the IRS' efile help desk was sought. On September 15, 2022, Agent Marsha White contacted us and indicated that the coding for the taxpayer had been changed and we could now efile the return.
