	The Midway Men's Club purpose is to promote social, cultural, and athletic activities in the Midway area of St. Paul, Minnesota. The prescribed neighborhood is located "midway" between downtown St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis and is a large urban area. The club operates a stand at the Minnesota State Fair, which runs 12 days each summer through Labor Day. The stand is run by unpaid volunteers and sells sweet rolls, donuts, hot dogs, hamburgers, beer, bratwursts, hot Italian pork sandwiches, and soft drinks. The Midway Men's Club distributes the proceeds of each year's State Fair to groups which provide youth activities for children in the Midway neighborhood. These activities include youth sports, Scouting programs, youth arts, after-school programs, skills development, and similar youth activities. (Distributions were limited due to having no 2020 State Fair revenues and because many youth programs were shut down for COVID.)
