FORM 990-EZ, PART III SOCIAL WELFARE / CIVIC LEAGUE collected funds for JA BIH via ticketleap for dinner event in the celebration of independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
FORM 990EZ - AMENDED INFORMATION For the tax year begining December 15th 2021 and ending June 30th 2022 error is made with beginig of tax year. Beginig period should be July 1st 2021. Section B has a check mark that is initial return which is incorect, should be unchecked since it is not initial return. Including five more months needs to reflect revenue,expenses and changes in net assets with amended tax return.
