	The lodge celebrates and honors its Nordic heritate and sponsors many activities that promote, preserve and increase appreciation of Nordic culture. Classes are held to teach the Norwegian language, rosemaling and food preparation. Fold dance classes are also offered. The lodge sponsors Viking Fest which is a community event.
