ONE OF BBB'S CORE SERVICES IS ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION, INCLUDING CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION, AS WELL AS A NATIONAL BBB ARBITRATION PROGRAM FOR AUTO DISPUTES. IN 2006, BBB CREATED AND IMPLEMENTED A BOARD-APPROVED MEDIATION PROGRAM. IN THE YEARS SINCE ITS INCEPTION, THE PROGRAM HAS GROWN AS PARTICIPANTS VOLUNTARILY ELECT TO USE BBB'S MEDIATION PROGRAM. SINCE OUR MEDIATION PROGRAM'S INCEPTION, WE HAVE RESOLVED HUNDREDS OF DISPUTES THAT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE LEFT FAMILIES AND BUSINESS WITHOUT NEEDED CLOSURE.
