Pt VI, Line 2 Business or Family Relationships of Officers, Directors. There are no business relationships, but there are family relationships between some board members and volunteers.
Pt VI, Line 6 Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholders. The Little Sandy Fire District, Inc is an organization comprised solely of volunteer members, joining the fire department to provide fire protection, education and resuce services to Greenup County Kentucky. There are no shareholders.
Pt VI, Line 7a Member election for additional members. Three members are appointed by the County Judge Executive, two members are voted on by the volunteer firemen as their representatives, and two members are elected by the community making a total of 7 board members. After the board members are elected, the positions of chairman, secretary and treasurer are filled by a vote of the board members.
