Toward that end this association serves as the professional association for women of the sea services: past, present and future. It is the aim of this association to promote recognition of the continuing contributions of the sea services to the diversity of the maritime force, and work in concert to support a gender neutral officer and enlisted corps that strives to achieve equal opportunity and fiar and equitable treatment for all members of the se services.
