The notice that electronic filing arrived while I was traveling out of state. On returning I prepared the electronic filing. Form 990-PF for 2021 was filed electronically on 5 03 2022. As this is a small foundation the tax due each year is less than $100. There was no intention to be late in filing. I humbly request that penalties be waived.
