Briefly describe the organization’s mission: To strengthen state pipeline safety program through promotion of improved pipeline safety standards, education, training and technology. This is accomplished through the use of a contracted administrative manager and six meetings held annually. These annual meetings consist of one in each of the five regions, attended by the members with that region and a national meeting attended by all members.
