1a	The service-learning trips are designed to integrate students and staff directly into the programs of the communities TAF partners with and serves. Funding from these trips is allocated to the programs and projects that TAF operates such as basic needs donations to the Akokwaa Children's Home where the team stays and serves. Funds are also allocated to other projects such as the Seamstress Apprenticeship Program which the group visits during their trip to learn about the initiative.
10	Funds raised through the etsy shop are directly applied to TAF projects. 2021 funds went to the seamstress apprenticeship program. Most of the items sold are made by women in our seamstress program who directly benefit from the profits raised by sales. This gives our women an opportunity to sell their products to markets in Ghana and the U.S.
11b	The income for etsy shipping costs and etsy costs of goods sold directly contributed to TAF's mission by providing expense costs that support the sales of products made by women enrollees in our seamstress apprenticeship program that provides vocational training for women from rural areas. This gives them the opportunity to sell their products in Ghana and the U.S. which allows Etsy to provide an income source that directly contributes back to the enrollees and their program.
