	The Trust provides for the funding of the Computer Aid, Inc. Medical Benefit Plan. The Plan provides health benefits (medical and prescription drugs) covering permanent full-time employees and their dependents after 30 days of active service. As of 12/31/21, there were 1041 participants in the plan.

	The Trust provides for the funding of the Computer Aid, Inc. Medical Benefit Plan which provides for health benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). As required, it offers continuation of benefits for a specified period of time to qualified employees and their dependents who would not otherwise be eligible for continued coverage because of a particular qualifying event as required by law. As of 12/31/21, there were 23 participants covered under the COBRA provisions.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Computer Aid Inc. VEBA Trust Form 990 is reviewed as follows: Since the Trust was created for the benefit of Computer Aid Inc. employees, the company's Tax Director, upon completion of the medical plan financial statement and at the direction of the Trustee, prepares a set of workpapers in support of Form 990 and its related schedules. The Form 990 and these workpapers are then reviewed with the company's Chief Financial Officer. Theses documents are reviewed with and compared to the financial statement audit report prepared by an Independent Certified Public Accountant. This process is at the direction of the Trustee.
