Form 990, Header, Line A	Form 990Part Vi Section A line 7A- All members present at the election meeting in April of each year have the ability to cast their vote for the officers IAW the VFW National By-Laws. Form 990 Part VI Section A Line 7b- All decisions, rules and By-Law changes at Post level are approved by the members at the Monthly meeting Form 990, Section B, Line 11b- The 990 is read to the membership at the monthly meeting and available for review at any time. Form 990 , Part VI, Section C, Line 19- Upon Request
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The election is held with three calls for nominations. Once nominations are made then the nominee accepts the nomination a call to the membership is made and he is elected.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	A motion on any subject and seconded will be allowed discussion. The Commander or presiding officer will then ask for a vote. If the motion carries it passed. If not then the motion fails and is mute until a new motion is made if at all.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is brought up in Good of the Order prior to its mailing and a motion will be made to accept the 990 and seconded discussion is allowed and then a vote is take to forward it to the IRS or to correct it and bring it back to the floor and repeat the motion, seconded and vote.
