Other	The Association may recognize the tax benefit from a tax position only if it is more likely than not that the tax position will be sustained on examination by taxing authorities based on the technical merits of the position. Examples of tax positions include the tax-exempt status of the Association and various positions related to the potential sources of unrelated business taxable income (UBIT). The Association has analyzed its tax positions taken for filings with the Internal Revenue Service and the state of Maryland. The Association believes that its income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse effect on the Association's financial condition, results of operations, or cash flows. The Association's returns remain open for three (3) years for federal and state examination from date of filing.
