Pt VI, Line 11b The data used to prepare this Group Return is submitted to the National Headquarters on an Annual Report filed by each Chapter. The data is then tabulated to prepare the Group 990 Return by the National Secretary-Treasurer and is reviewe by HQ Staff. The National Line Officers and Trustees have authorized the National Secretary-Treasurer to perform the final review for approval and submission.
Pt VI, Line 12c Each year the Officers and Trustees are required to complete a Conflict of Interest statement which is kept on file at the National Headquarters. Officers and Trustees are required to update the statement immediately should their status change.
Pt VI, Line 19 The governing documents the National By-Laws and National Regulations are approved by the voting delegates at the National Convention. Administrative Orders are presented by the National President in documention which is in effect for his year. A record copy of each of the above documents, conflict of interest statements, and the financial statements are maintained in the National Sojourners Headquarters for review upon request.
