	Providing financial stewardship over buildings left vacant or in disrepair due to the California Guild (organization which tried to take over the Grange in 2012 and the lawsuit was completed in November of 2019). The Guild left the properties in disrepair, with unpaid bills, property taxes going to default, and other expenses needing to be paid by the California State Grange. These buildings are in the midst of being repopulated with new members.

Form 990, Part III, Line 2	The California State Grange approved a matching grant program for local Granges to obtain funds to repair, clean, and update their Grange Halls after some of the buildings deteriorated during the 2020 pandemic when they could not be occupied on a regular basis. The California State Grange also took stewardship of local Grange buildings left empty by the former Guild that attempted to take the properties, which were left with unpaid bills, property taxes, and in deteriorating condition.
