Part VI, Line 6	The supreme governing body of the organization shall be a meeting of the regional delegates. All decisions made at a regional meeting shall be final and binding upon the organization affiliated local unions and their members. Delegates representing each affiliated local union will be represented by 1 delegate for its first 100 members or less and one additional delegate for each additional 100 members or a majority fraction thereof but in no event to exceed ten. All members of affiliated local unions in good standing shall have equal rights and privileges to participate in the election of officers including regional delegates.
Part VI, Line 7a	The supreme governing body of the organization shall be a meeting of the regional delegates. Part VI, Line 12c	Management reviews LM-30 filings on an annual basis. In addition at least twice a year the policy is reviewed with the officers and staff of the organization at staff meetings. It is reinforced that policy is to be adhered to and any violation of the policy must be reported.
Part VI, Line 15	Under the bylaws of the organization the Director has the authority to set the salaries of all employees of the organization. The Director is also responsible for the selection of the independent accountant.
Part VI, Line 19	Under the bylaws the organization will provide a copy of the bylaws and international constitution upon request of the member. The financial statements and books and records are made available to the members to review at the regional office upon their request. The LM-2 is available to the public through the Department of Labor's website which includes financial and compensation information.
