DEFAULT INCLUDES INSOLVENCY, FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY AND APPOINTMENT OF A TRUSTEE, CUSTODIAN, RECEIVER OR LIQUIDATOR. THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES ALL ITS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ITS SOLE MEMBER, HOWEVER, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO REIMBURSE THE FOUNDATION FOR UTILITIES CONSUMED.
