What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Private member owned yacht club. Ran sailboat races every Wednesday evening and Sunday plus some Monday evenings from May through September. Provided dock storage for 41 sailboats. Provided land storage for 63 sailboats. Provided rack storage for 54 sailboats. Held eight social events and one major regatta.
