What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Adult Day Health Activity Center Provides clients or patients who are displaced in society or have a mental illness/disability sustain a healthy quality of life and a social quality of life to manage their disability and improve their quality of life in society and their community or home.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Adult Day Program service accomplishments provide adult daycare services to 52 clients - adult/children of all genders in Edgecombe, Vance and other counties in North Carolina with a mental health or permanent disability. This program provides meals, medication, transportation, and other personal care services daily. The program helps each client or patient sustain their disability while achieving education and training to maintain a quality of life to accomplish daily living in society, at home and in their local community.
