      Form 990PF-General Explanation Attachment 1 RESONABLE CAUSE EXPLANATIONMultiple attempts to file Form 990-PF electronically for 2021 have been attempted but all have been rejected for the Organization type not matching what is in the efile database.The return was timely submitted to the IRS after rejection on paper with form 8948 attached.After contacting the IRS Problem Resulution Service which also took many attempts due tohigh Call volume I was able to determine that the papre submitted reurns were not in the system.
