What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To produce the 4th of July Celebration annually. To include fundraising opportunities to all local non-profits including activities for youth organizations to earn money for their purposes. To act as the non-profit license-holder for KNCPFM Low Power Community Radio. To manage the event property in an ecologically sensitive manner, but still be available for events to benefit economic development of the area.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The 4th of July event has grown in size and now accommodates well over 12,000 visitors over the 4 day event. Development of the new events land continues in order to make the event bigger every year.

Notice received 1/12/2023 from IRS stating return was not accepted because it was required to be e-filed. Voucher for this notification was included with the letter (Letter Number: LTR2695C), but of course cannot be included here as it is a piece of paper. We were not aware of this new requirement for only e-filing and filed using standard mail. An extension request form was filed for prior to December, 2022, filing deadline.
