Explanation:

This return has been delayed for several reasons. Our Treasurer Alberto Alarcon suffered a debilitating stroke earlier in 2020 and records and details for 2021 were challenging to obtain. Furthermore, the requirement for all Form 990s to filed electronically was not fully understood. Notification of this discrepancy did not reach me until mid 2022 - after both the 2020 and 2021 Forms 990 were returned after being hard copy filed. The understanding of how and where to electronically file the Lodge forms took a while to understand. I am requesting consideration to accept this and the 2021 form 990 to follow. RAS
