Explanation:

Was unable to get into the irs site and follow as did before. Kept getting web page stating service was temporarily out of service. To make the deadline in 2022, I filed the report by mail. Just this month of January 2023 I was notified about the problem. After understanding the 990 Form online, I am now completing this process. As I began I still got the website stating temporarily out of service but I noticed the highlighted word Tools so I was able to complete this.
