Explanation:
We filed by mail but it was rejected, so we attempted to e-file but there was a system error so it was rejected again. We spoke to the IRS in November 2022 and January 1, 2023, and was told the problem was resolved as of January 2023. Therefore, we were advised to try to e-file again. We are now doing so.
