Explanation:

We filed on paper and were declined. We attempted to file online but, per calls with the IRS, had issues getting our return accepted. We called the IRS on 11/29/22, and 1/26/23 to discuss this issue, and were advised to file with an authorized e-filer. We were also advised that despite our account showing online that we are the Revoked list, we in fact were removed from the list back to 2021 and it just has not yet updated on the IRS website.
