Explanation:

Not the most reasonable but I thought the electronic filing requirement was to start in 2022 and not 2021. I did file a paper copy but it was sent back to me with instructions to file electronically. Major oversight on my part and will correct the action going forward. We are a very small local with limited funds and appreciate leeway in this instance if possible. Thank you.
