Explanation:

Officers had changed many times and did not know that we had not filed out our taxes. Some of the previous officers thought that we did not need to file taxes. I filed all tax forms from 2013 to 2022 get our tax exempt status restored. I received the 2021 taxes back from the IRS and it said to e-file it. I had mailed it to the IRS in March 28, 2022 after our End of the Year Audit because the person that I spoke to at the IRS said I had to mail all of the tax forms to get restored. We were still waiting on our tax exempt status to be reinstated. It has been reinstated, but it is not updated on the IRS table yet as of February 1, 2023.
