      Reasonable Cause for Late Filing We initially tried to e-file the first report on November 15, 2022 Reasonable Cause for Late Filing We initially tried to efile the first report on November 15 2022 not realizing that we could not efile because we did not have an EFIN number necessary for efiling. We postmailed the report the next day and applied for the EFIN number but the application process was taking longer than expected and we asked external CPA assistance. Some calculations in the originally mailed 990PF report were incorrect due to miscalculations related to the start of the accounting period. The current financial statement reflects the correct amounts and donations for the period 06/1/2021 thru 05/31/2022.
