What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO SERVE AS A BROAD BASED COALITION OF COMMITTED PERSONS AND ENTITIES WHO DEMONSTRATE A PROFOUND INTEREST IN THE ECONOMIC HEALTH OF THE STATE OF COLORADO AND BELIEVE THAT SIMPLIFICATION OF SALES TAX LAWS IS VITAL TO ACHIEVING THAT END.
