Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	An officer of the organization prepares the form 990 and reviews the form with the President of the organization. The officers then inform the board members that a copy of the form 990 is available for inspection at the organization's office.

The Executive members of the Board of Directors meet monthly with the State receivership officer. All significant financial decisions are discussed and reviewed with the receivership officer, including establishing compensation adjustment to all key employees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The organization's form 990 as well as any of its governing instruments are available for review by the officers and general public at the organization's business office during normal business hours.
