Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A copy of the 990 is provided to each member of the Board of Trustees prior to the submission of the return. The object of the review is to determine the appropriateness of responses and presentation made. The financial information is also reviewed to determine an appropriate budget for the coming year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board of Trustees at their Annual Meeting discuss the past years experiences and compensation of all officers and employees considering the time spent and level of responsibility.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	As a Non-profit association, the Trustees make governance information available to the public upon written request as appropriate.
