Explanation:

We mistakenly filed Form 990 EZ for tax periods 2019 2020 and 2021. Our 990 EZ forms for years 2019 and 2020 WERE PROCESSED by the IRS and published publicly under DarkSide Theatre Inc Tax Exempt Organization Search on the irs.gov website giving us the understanding that we had adhered to filing the correct forms. It was not until June 2022 that we were made aware that we had filed the incorrect forms and were supposed to have been filing Form 990 PF instead. We then filed the correct form 990 PF for tax period 2021 and mailed it to the IRS via USPS with confirmation delivery on June 13 2022. However it appears the form was never received or processed by the IRS.
