	Action Teams. Thrive provided technical support & solution-finding facilitation to collaborative groups working in three specific areas of need: affordable housing, out-of-school time, & food security. In addition, Action Teams fostered sub-committees (called task teams or community collaboratives) focusing on the childcare crisis, a new youth development collaborative, and neighborhood safety for the Kid Link Terry Redlin initiative.

	Kid Link Initiative - In FY2022, this Initiative expanded to a larger role as a prototype for new programming being developed in the Sioux Falls School District. Attendance areas around Laura B. Anderson and Terry Redlin elementary schools benefit from the engagement of community members in realigning government, nonprofit, faith-based & social services to better support students & families in underserved neighborhoods. Kid Link outcomes include (1) Using scholarships to expand access to after-school care & transportation; (2) Building trusting relationships with families through weekly activities; (3) Establishing a communications system among families; (4) Empowering neighbors to understand how they can impact student success. Weekly family events include fun, educational activities hosted by parents, teachers, neighbors & other community volunteers. In the LBA neighborhood, outcomes include improved access to charitable food through weekly hot meal service & food giveaways supported by volunteers.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	Following discussion via email to the Board for review, the Form 990 was distributed to the Board at a regularly scheduled meeting. It was approved for submission by a unanimous vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	Board members complete a Conflict of Interest Disclosure annually. At the start of each meeting, members are asked if any conflicts exist based on agenda items presented. Should a conflict arise, the member must refrain from voting or attempting to influence the matter at hand unless the Board feels the member has information which may assist the Board with the matter. In this case, the member may be asked to state his/her position and answer any pertinent questions. If the conflict is unclear, the member will leave the meeting while the others determine whether a conflict exists. If the Board perceives a member has failed to disclose an actual or potential conflict, the Board will give the member an opportunity to explain the failure to disclose. Upon hearing the response, the Board will take appropriate disciplinary action which may lead to dismissal from the Board or employment termination.
