Explanation:

The Form 990-EZ was mailed in a timely manner and received by the IRS on March 16th, 2022. The return contained an error which was corrected, mailed again and received on July 11th, which unfortunately was rejected as the IRS no longer received mailed in forms. We respectfully regret the late filing of this form.
