In the Iota Mu Chapter, our brothers actively carry out this mission through high scholarship. leadership, professional development, and philanthropy. Theta Chi is a place to grow and create a bond of brotherhood for life.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8a	Iota Mu has weekly meetings and due to the nature of the organization (fraternity), members are in constant contact both physically and through various electronic avenues. Consequently, items such as meeting reminder points, next meeting agenda items and similar, are easily communicated through daily contact.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	The Missouri Iota Mu Chapter has various committees where minutes are not taken; however, such committees act in accordance with and oversight of the governing body.
