    We hired an accounting firm to file the tax returns. They tried to efile it but it was rejected. They mailed a paper return on 9 12 2022. The IRS also rejected the paper return and sent us a letter that we received on 12 22 2022 stating that the tax return must be e-filed. The accounting firm stated that they would attempt to efile it again as soon as the efile program opened again. They tried to efile it again on 1 27 2023 and it was rejected again. It appears that the reason it was being rejected is because they were trying to file form 990 instead of form 990-PF. SO we are trying to efile it again on form 990-PF.
