Form 990, Header, Line A	We are an all-volunteer organization, and there are no employees. When the Covid 19 pandemic hit, we lost key volunteers and members who have not returned. The new secretary has been trying hard to keep more accurate records, but there was an unexpected resignation of all of the managers (trustees) in the middle of the year. Although our sales have increased, the landlord has demanded full payment of rent and property tax. Our sales are unable to sustain us, and we have relied heavily on donations from the women's Auxiliary organization associated with us. We respectfully ask that all related penalties, interest and or fees related to the late filing of our 990 return be waived.
