	FOE helped 39 Skagway residents with medical, emergency travel, bereavement, and hardship financial assistance. Eleven educational scholarships given to Skagway students. Local scholarships for Skagway senior citizens recreational and skiing activity to promote better health in the community. Donated to three state organizations of which one benefited Skagway residents. Provide Christmas gifts to Skagway children ages 1 day thru 12 years (10-15 children.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Fraternal Order of Eagles is made up of members. Applicants for membership must be proposed by two existing members in good standing. After interviews and two readings, a vote of membership present decide if the candidates are accepted or rejected. A quorum of 7 is necessary for business to be transacted: each member present has one vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Form 990 is assembled by the employed accountant who submits it to FOE officers and Club Manager for review and signatures. When signed Form 990 is posted on the bulletin board in the meeting room which every member has access.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Financial reports are presented to the general membership at bi-monthly meetings. Inquiries from the public are dealt with individually as requests are received. Trustees meet on a regular basis with the Club Manager to review operations and discuss financial reimbursement.
