Return Reference Explanation
Schedule N, Part II, Line 2 Money in the Region IX bank account was transferred to each Constituent Society based on membership numbers as directed by the ASCLS Board of Directors at their meeting on October 24, 2021. Minutes of the meeting are available from the Treasurer. The checks cleared the bank and the account was closed on June 16, 2022. ASCLS Region IX will continue to operate and operating expenses will be paid by the Constituent Societies.
Schedule N, Part II, Line 2a All members and officers of ASCLS Region IX are members and officers of their respective ASCLS constituent society (ASCLS-WA, ASCLS-OR, CLSA). ASCLS Region IX will continue to operate within ASCLS.
