What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF KREWE DU SAUVAGE IS TO CELEBRATE PROMOTE AND CONDUCT ACTIVITIES RELATING DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY TO MARDI GRAS SEASON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PARADES BALLS FESTIVITIES CEREMONIES AND EVENTS IN THE CITY OF LAKE CHARLES LOUISIANA. IN ADDITION THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS MEMBERSHIP IN KREWE OF KREWES INC. AND PARTICIPATES IN ACTIVITIES SPONSORED BY MARDI GRAS OF SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA.

AT THIS EVENT WE CELEBRATE THE START OF THE CURRENT MARDI GRAS SEASON AND PRESENT OUR CURRENT YEAR ROYAL COURT INCLUDING OUR KING AND QUEEN AND FOUR DUKES AND DUCHESSES.
