Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Based on the duties and time required the board can recommend a small compenstion for the Treasurer and then it must be approved by the members at the annual meeting. The Superintendant is also paid per job whether it is mowing or opening and closing graves and his payment amount must be recommended by the board and approved by a vote of the members of the organization at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Governing documents are available presently by request to the public and the constitution and bylaws are issured to all plot owners. Financial Statement are also available upon request and are presented at the annual meeting. As was stated before in 2021 the board was not doing what was required and they deny having the records that were given to them. The Financial records we have been able to obtain from the bank are what we have used to file these forms. They are now stored at the town hall for safe keeping.

This is late because the previous President/secretary/treasurer didn't file or fulfill any of the jobs they were to do according to the constitution. They were dissolved in an emergency meeting and a new board was elected. They have not returned any records they had and have been arrested due to the disappearance of large sums of money. We gathered the information we could and filed these forms but they were sent back recently requesting that we refile them.
