| Article 2, Section 1 | Bylaw changes: Regular membership meetings shall be held at least once each month. This meeting shall be held at 2:30 pm on the third Sunday of each month unless the membership or executive board deems a change is necessary at a previous meeting. | Article 16, Section 3 | When any member is required by this local to perform services for the local union exceeding 100 miles from the local union headquarters and is required to stay overnight, he/she shall be allowed the current per diem as determined by the International Executive Board, the traveling member will only receive this per diem in advance prior to travel. Per diem will be reduced by any meals provided by a conference or sponsored event as well as travel day restrictions determined by the International Executive Board. The local will also pay lodging costs (hotel/motel). Single room occupancy rate or 1/2 of a double rate if shared with another member. Members must submit airline receipts(s) and lodging receipt(s) to the Financial Secretary or Office Secretary. Members will not receive their lost time payment until all receipts have been received by the Financial Secretary or Office Secretary. |
